On Thursday, June 16, 2005, CME implemented new daily Russian Ruble Rate Survey procedures to determine the spot Russian Ruble rate.  As a result of this change, the spot Russian Ruble quoted in European terms will be changed to an additional level of precision.  The spot price is currently disseminated with 3-decimal place precision (fractional indicator = 3).  Beginning on Monday, June 27, 2005, the precision level will change from 3-decimals to 4-decimals in precision (fractional indicator = 4).  There will be no change to the level of precision in the spot Russian Ruble price quoted in U.S. terms; it will remain at 6-decimals.  A sample price is provided below:
